Payments and Shipping:
What shipping carrier and method do you use?
- We use the United States Postal Service; First-Class Mail.
- Typically, orders are processed and packaged within 1-2 business days of the order date. Orders placed before 2PM EST every business day, we will try our best to process and ship them out the same day.
- After the package has been shipped, you will get your package no later than 1 week from the ship date or a full shipping refund will be issued. If you did happen to run into this problem, please feel free to email firstname.lastname@example.org with "Shipping Error" in the subject line and we will do our best to assist you.
- Unfortunately, at this time we do not. Orders are only processed and available to those in the United States.
- We accept all major credit/debit cards. Your information is secured and we will never share your information or keep them on file.
- We also accept PayPal transactions for an added security; so that is another option for you.
